Organs! It’s what you want to talk about over breakfast.
Fun fact: Nick Carter Weekly was a very real dime novel detective series that ran from the late 1800s through the 1920s, and it really did have a villainous female spy named Zelma and an evil cowboy. Nerd media truly never stops.
The comic coming off hiatus got a whole lot of attention in the past week, and wow! I’m really blown away. Thanks for reading my spooky gay history comic. I truly appreciate it, whether you’re new here or have been reading from the start.
You may have noticed, but the site has a Gallery page now! I’ll be using this to collect odds and ends I draw in relation to the comic that you may only see if you follow me elsewhere. It also has a fanworks section, where I’ll feature work that you guys do for Obelisk too!
Alexa Sharpe drew this really gorgeous piece for the comic last week, and I’m still head over heels with it. Be sure to check out the rest of her work if you haven’t already, she’s incredible!
If you ever make any fanart or anything for the comic, please tag it with #obeliskcomic on social media or just send it to me directly! I’d really love to see it and feature it here on the site.
I think that’s all for this week, folks. Thanks again, really.
Patrons get a new page tomorrow – I’ll see the rest of you next Wednesday!
